We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Royalton Manor. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to residents, including assessing their health needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare team members.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring the safe and accurate delivery of care.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and notify physicians of any changes in resident status, promptly implementing new orders.
  • Develop and implement nursing interventions to stabilize resident conditions and prevent complications.
  • Contribute to resident assessments and the development of care plans, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a nursing home or rehabilitation facility.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification.
