Position Summary: We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Low Voltage Project Supervisor to become a vital part of our energetic team. The successful candidate will take charge of all phases of low voltage projects, from the initial design of systems to their final execution and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to guarantee smooth project delivery.

Key Duties:
  • Establish and oversee project timelines to ensure prompt completion
  • Design low voltage systems, encompassing access control, automation, and lighting solutions
  • Work closely with consultants and subcontractors to synchronize project objectives and schedules
  • Employ Crestron systems for automation and control applications
  • Implement access control systems and address issues as they arise
  • Supervise lighting installations and integrations
  • Utilize Procore for effective project management and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety protocols
  • Provide technical assistance and resolve system-related issues
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, offering updates and addressing inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Low Voltage Project Supervisor or in a comparable position
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Crestron systems along with experience in access control, automation, and lighting
  • Proficient in Procore for project management
  • Exceptional scheduling and time management capabilities
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with consultants and subcontractors
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety
  • Relevant certifications or technical qualifications are advantageous
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged exertion, standing, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to push, pull, or carry heavy items.
  • Must possess clear verbal communication skills.
