Stonebrook Exterior is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing production management and excellent leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, material management, and labor coordination.
- Supervise and manage roofing crews, ensuring they follow project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of roofing projects.
- Ensure all roofing installations are done according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce project costs.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor the quality of work and ensure safety standards are met.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the production process to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment used on projects.
- Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and adherence to company values.
- Proven experience in roofing production management or a similar construction role.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software or other relevant tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus but not required.
