Project Coordinator with Design/Build Expertise

You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to execute the management plan for assigned projects, ensuring seamless project delivery from inception to completion.

Michael Page is proud to partner with a renowned General Contractor specializing in Design/Build Construction in the DC market. With 20 years of experience, this esteemed firm has multiple upcoming projects in downtown Washington, DC, and is led by a dynamic leadership team. They are seeking to expand their team with highly skilled Project Coordinators who have experience in Design/Build projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in executing the management plan for assigned projects.
  • Closely monitor and oversee project progress from inception to completion.
  • Review project designs and suggest cost-saving ideas to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure daily operational tasks are performed efficiently and on time.
  • Provide regular project status updates directly to the Project Manager.
  • Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents.
  • Prepare and manage punch lists for project closeout.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
  • Experience with Design/Build projects is highly valued.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial project coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong desire to grow and learn within a dynamic organization.
