The Role

We are seeking a skilled Renal Transplant Unit Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple levels of personnel, payroll, budgets, capital, business planning, marketing, supervisory positions, and physician relations.

Job Summary and Qualifications
  • The Renal Transplant Unit Leader is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and implementing department-specific initiatives and process improvements.
  • This role requires effective communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
  • The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in nursing and a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
