Job Description

As a Powersports Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the Service Department, responsible for scheduling service appointments, managing the service calendar efficiently, and examining customer vehicles for service needs. You will provide accurate estimates, document vehicle issues, and explain repair procedures clearly to customers. Additionally, you will coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work, deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and inquiries promptly, and advise customers on recommended services and promote complementary products.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience in a service advisor role within the powersports or automotive industry. You must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, a customer-focused attitude with a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should also be detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills, possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, and preferably have a motorcycle endorsement.
