Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Demand and Supply Chain Planner to join our Service Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize demand and supply chain operations. Your expertise will help us drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across our global supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Service Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing/Service Operations, to develop and implement demand and supply chain plans.
  • Develop and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and resolve complex supply chain issues.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform demand and supply chain decisions, using advanced statistical techniques and business intelligence tools.
  • Manage and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive plans to ensure optimal inventory levels, material availability, and supply chain risk management.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging advanced planning systems (APS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in demand and supply chain planning, with a strong background in statistical analysis and business intelligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain business partnerships, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with advanced planning systems (APS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, operations research, or business analytics.
What We Offer

At Intuitive Surgical, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, incentives, benefits, and equity. Our target salary ranges are listed below:

Base Salary Range Region 1: $147,600 - $212,400
Base Salary Range Region 2: $125,500 - $180,500
Shift: Day
Travel: 10% of the time
Workplace Type: Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
