We are a prominent player in the restoration industry, expanding steadily and seeking a dedicated leader for our Fire Division as a Cleaning and Contents Restoration Project Manager. Position Summary:

We are in search of a Cleaning & Contents Restoration Project Manager who is well-versed and IICRC certified in the cleaning and restoration of properties and belongings following fire incidents in residential or commercial settings. This individual will report directly to our Fire Division Operations Manager and will be tasked with training and overseeing various cleaning teams, liaising with insurance adjusters and clients, documenting job progress, and providing reports utilizing industry-standard technologies, as well as assessing and estimating project requirements.


Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, with additional on-call duties and response to significant loss events as needed.


Qualifications:
  • Proven job stability over the last five years
  • At least three years of solid project management experience in the cleaning and restoration sector
  • IICRC certifications in FSRT & WRT, and OSHA 10
  • Willingness to learn new software and technologies
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Previous management or leadership experience
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Trustworthy, friendly, and personable demeanor
  • Dependable and reliable team player
  • Bi-lingual skills are a significant advantage
