Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our engineering team in Seattle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building various types of ground improvement, deep foundation, and shoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop geotechnical engineering solutions for complex projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Conduct site investigations and field testing to gather data for design and construction
  • Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance processes
  • Travel to project sites and offices as required

Requirements:

  • MSc or PhD Degree in Geotechnical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industry as a design engineer with PE License
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles, including soil mechanics, geotechnical earthquake engineering, and foundations design
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
