Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive and exceptional shopping experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and musical instruments
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with customers in a meaningful way
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products

- Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
