About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced repair technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of musical instrument repair and maintenance, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain customer-owned instruments to a high standard
- Maintain store-owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Provide exceptional customer service and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and other musical instruments
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
