About the Role

As an Autism Intervention Specialist at First Children Services, you will play a vital role in supporting children with autism and their families. We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans for clients in independent and group settings.
  • Collect and document session data, ensuring timely submission and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to enhance positive behavioral outcomes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; willingness to complete RBT curriculum and obtain certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children.
  • Prior experience in direct care human services is preferred but not essential.
