Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dynamic team. As an RBT at Kaleidoscope, you will play a pivotal role in implementing personalized behavior intervention programs that promote social, community, and daily living skills.

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work one-on-one with children, providing direct treatment and ABA therapy to address their unique needs. With training, you will perform appropriate physical management to ensure the child's safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with disabilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an RBT at Kaleidoscope, you must possess:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience working with children with disabilities
  • Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
