Communication Specialist - Pediatric SLP

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at HR Recruiting Services. As a Communication Specialist, you will provide high-quality speech-language therapy services to students in various settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments, analyze results, and write reports to determine student strengths and concerns.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Evaluate and adapt treatment plans regularly to ensure optimal progress.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support student success.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Certified CCCs (no CFs).
  • Illinois SLP License.
  • Pediatric experience, preferably with autism diagnosis.
  • Dual certifications in ABA Behavior would be an asset.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location.
