Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations;
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a safe and efficient manner;
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines;
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system;
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash, handling credit card transactions, and restocking supplies;
Requirements

To be successful as a Retail Sales Associate, you will need:

  • A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service;
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system;
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods;
  • A valid ID and proof of age (16 years or older).
