Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital engagement strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Identify key digital channels and platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content for various digital channels including websites, social media, email, and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital engagement efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Audience Engagement:
  • Develop strategies to enhance audience interaction and build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize social listening tools and feedback mechanisms to understand audience needs and preferences.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure all digital activities adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and medical affairs teams to integrate digital strategies with broader business initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support digital engagement efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or engagement, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and techniques.
  • Certification in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
