Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership to the emergency department team, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and reduce wait times.
- Conduct staff evaluations and provide feedback to ensure optimal performance.
- Serve as a liaison between staff and leadership teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement education programs for staff and patients, promoting evidence-based practice and patient safety.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Florida or ability to obtain.
- Prior working experience in a leadership role, preferably in an emergency department setting.
