Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate technical engineering initiatives to ensure projects are completed within budget and according to schedule.
  • Uphold project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans, and adjusting specifications for project elements.
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
  • Adhere to compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal and external customers to ensure projects meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
  • Perform overall quality control of work (budget, schedule, plans, etc.) and report project status.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project team and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
  • Trace technical issues and problems to root cause and partner with managers and support staff to implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper operating procedures, utilizing required safety equipment at all times.

Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager required.
  • 5 years of professional experience in an CNC Machining Process/Plant preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Programs.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
