As a Hospitalist and Primary Care Physician, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with complex medical conditions. You will be part of a tight-knit team of physicians and healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative care models and programs
Requirements
- Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Current WA DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to employment
- EMR proficient
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-starter with ability to practice with a high degree of independence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Managed Care experience
- 1+ years' experience post-training
- Experience with complex geriatric patients
- Washington Reside
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $256,997 to $364,843 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution. Our team has deep ties to Washington State University and is a training site for the new WSU internal medicine residency program.
