Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at THE US GRANT a Luxury Collection Hotel San Diego. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will provide exceptional support to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas.
  • Provide support to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
