Our current focus is on expanding our services nationwide, particularly in the healthcare sector through the use of volumetric pre-manufactured modules.

Role Summary:

As a Revit Modeling Specialist at Creature, you will be integral to our design workflow, utilizing your expertise in Revit to produce intricate models and visualizations that embody our innovative concepts. Your capability to interpret and execute project requirements as outlined by the project lead will directly impact our mission to deliver cutting-edge architectural solutions that redefine the environments we inhabit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise time tracking to ensure accurate reporting of hours for enhanced productivity and project budget management.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Revit processes, crafting detailed architectural models and visualizations that align with design criteria.
  • Interpret and fulfill deliverables specified by the project lead, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Essential proficiency in Revit software, with additional skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar programs being advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position, especially within an architectural or design-oriented organization.
  • Strong grasp of architectural design principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating a proven capacity for collaborative teamwork.

Core Values:

  • Ownership versus Coordination: Emphasizing personal accountability over task division to minimize coordination costs.
  • Accomplishment over Activity: Focusing on achieving results rather than merely engaging in activities.
  • Compelling Conscientiousness: Prioritizing quality through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Mastery of Communication: Ensuring clarity and understanding in all communications to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Accountability is Reliability: Encouraging open dialogue and accountability among team members to foster a results-oriented environment.
