Compensation and Benefits for the Pre-Owned Vehicle Restoration Specialist:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly wash the exterior of vehicles using appropriate cleaning solutions, wax, water, cloths, and brushes
  • Clean and vacuum the interiors of vehicles to eliminate loose dirt and debris
  • Apply revitalizing and preserving agents to vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with stain-resistant chemicals to maintain and protect interior components
  • Utilize steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to clean engines and engine compartments, effectively removing grease and grime
  • Employ specialized cleaners to eliminate foreign materials that standard cleaning methods cannot address, utilizing experience and following manufacturer recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the automotive field
  • Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for record-keeping
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Effective presentation and listening skills for customer interactions, both in-person and over the phone
  • Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Flexible availability, including potential shifts during nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
