Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Pedigo Staffing Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a deep understanding of business processes, particularly in the area of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze user requirements and procedures to automate processing or improve existing computer systems
  • Confer with personnel to identify problems and learn specific input and output requirements
  • Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
  • Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of requested programs or program changes
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a strong background in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projects. Additionally, they will have experience with Microsoft O365 applications, MS Team and Channel communication, and a strong understanding of business acumen.

Preferred qualifications include experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials, PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), SharePoint, Jira, and the Scrum framework.
