Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst to join our team at Pedigo Staffing Services. As a key member of our CAPPS Financials upgrade project team, you will be responsible for requirement analysis, conducting review meetings with subject matter experts, documenting complex system requirements, and performing hands-on testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and develop detailed documentation of system requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and document complex system requirements
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed test plans and test scripts
  • Perform hands-on testing and provide feedback to the development team
  • Support multiple test cycles and ensure timely completion of testing activities
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in a business analyst role with a strong understanding of PeopleSoft Financials
  • Experience with requirement analysis, documentation, and testing
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Ability to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
  • Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
  • Experience with SharePoint, Jira, and Scrum framework
