Community Stabilization Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Community Stabilization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with families and individuals in need, and be able to provide supportive assistance with housing and other related services.
The estimated salary for this role is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
**Responsibilities include:**
- Partnership with families to provide housing support and stability
- Coordination of services to address client needs
- Development of skills and strategies to promote long-term housing sustainability
**Requirements include:**
- Associates degree in human services or related field
- 2+ years of experience working with vulnerable populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and resources
