Job OverviewNewport Mental Health is a dynamic organization providing state-of-the-art person-centered recovery approach to individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders. Our team of professionals offers trauma-informed evidence-based services to children, adolescents, families, and adults.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, along with LCDP and LMHCa certifications. A minimum of two years of clinical work experience is required, preferably including telehealth work. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

ResponsibilitiesAs a licensed clinician, you will provide assessment and treatment to individuals with diverse backgrounds. Key duties include:
  • Group, individual, and family therapy sessions
  • Diagnostic assessments and initial intakes
  • Clinical consultation and guidance to case management staff
  • Documenting client records utilizing a collaborative documentation approach
  • Participating in crisis response services, risk assessment, and stabilization
