Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor branch office staff
  • Execute daily operations of the branch
  • Establish challenging goals, activities, and objectives
  • Hire, develop, and train full-time employees
  • Manage branch P&L
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as Malone and customer policies and practices
  • Develop new customer contacts and sales leads while maintaining existing customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of management experience
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, sales is preferred
  • Experience hiring and training individuals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft programs
  • Availability to work in office Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
