Branch Director

Malone Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations teams and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.

• Manage and mentor branch office staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Execute daily operations of the branch, including managing budgets and resources.
• Establish challenging goals, activities, and objectives to drive business growth and improvement.
• Hire, develop, and train full-time employees to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
• Manage branch P&L and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as Malone's policies and practices.
• Develop new customer contacts and sales leads while maintaining existing customer relationships.

• 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or sales.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
