St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team in Boise, Idaho.
About the RoleThis is an ongoing, 36-hour per week position with a 12-hour shift. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in supporting the management program and system programs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement education programs for clinical employees across the health system.
- Develop and maintain curriculum materials, ensuring they align with sound educational principles.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure effective implementation of education initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to clinical staff on education-related matters.
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in nursing and education, with a strong background in project management.
- Current RN license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
