Risk Management Leader

TD Bank Group is seeking a skilled Risk Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will be responsible for leading a team of risk management professionals in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to the bank. This includes developing and implementing risk management strategies, conducting risk assessments, and providing recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of risk management professionals in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to the bank
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential risks and maximize returns
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are in place
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. finance, accounting, business)
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
