We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care in Kingston, New Jersey. As a Home Health Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for delivering skilled nursing services, interventions, and supportive care to patients in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and/or their families, and monitor patients' conditions.
  • Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current NJ nursing license in good standing is required.
  • One year of clinical experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
