About the Role

The Branch Office Administrator is a key member of our team, supporting Financial Advisors in delivering exceptional client service. As a BOA, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to create efficiency.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including 6 months of mentorship and ongoing support from our experienced team. Our goal is to empower you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide personalized service
  • Assist Financial Advisors in developing strategies for client growth
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiency and improve processes
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
