About the Role

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role is a critical part of our team. As a BOA, you will work closely with Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional personalized service to clients. This includes developing deep relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to create efficiency, and working independently to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to clients
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and Financial Advisors
  • Identifying opportunities to create efficiency and improve processes
  • Managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on your location and experience. You can expect a comprehensive compensation package that includes medical and prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
