Job Title: IT Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team at WiredPeople, Inc. in Orlando, FL.

Job Summary:

The IT Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This includes resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex cases to senior engineers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and online chat
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues with hardware and software
  • Educate clients on how to use technology effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track client interactions and technical issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT help desk role
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
