Position Overview:

Shift Availability:
Full-Time & Part-Time Day (7:30 AM - 8:00 PM), Full-Time Night (7:30 PM - 8:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in upholding nursing standards and delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring and evaluating nursing practices to align with established standards.
2. Assessing and providing comprehensive treatment while ensuring security protocols are met.
3. Advising the Health Services Administrator and Nurse Supervisor on treatment service issues.
4. Enhancing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Assisting in the coordination of monthly healthcare staff meetings.
6. Maintaining accurate records of controlled substances and providing health counseling.
7. Conducting assessments and documenting findings for all patients in the medical unit.

Orientation and Training:
This role includes a two-week orientation period, allowing for on-the-job training and shadowing experienced nursing staff.
