Software Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Piedmont Community Services as a Software Support Specialist. This is a full-time benefited position located at our Martinsville City office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our EHR system users via phone, email, and in-person encounters.
- Maintain user accounts, troubleshoot, and complete daily task requests through our ticket system.
- Work with our management team to develop operational and analytical reports, as well as dashboards that support our agency's mission.
- Utilize SQL, complex databases, and business intelligence reporting to analyze data and provide insights.
Requirements:
- Experience in SQL, complex databases, and business intelligence reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least two years of experience in the Information Technology field.
