Job Opportunity

CID Design Group, a national interior design firm, is seeking a talented and motivated interior design intern to join our team in Naples, Florida.

This paid internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in every aspect of interior design, working closely with our experienced designers and project managers on renovation and new development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Select and coordinate artwork images, paint plans, and color selections
  • Prepare square footage take-offs using BlueBeam and AutoCAD
  • Support the FFE team on group project installations
  • Communicate with vendors to check availability and pricing of products and materials
  • Order product samples
  • Work with designers to develop interior construction documents
  • Assist in lighting fixture, furniture, and fabric selections
  • Research and coordinate design features
  • Attend project kick-off meetings
  • Assist the creative department with design presentations

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited interior design program and completed junior year
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Curious and open-minded with a willingness to learn
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
