About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Canon Solutions America, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring that all service calls are answered and entered into company systems in a timely and accurate manner. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, handling level 1 call types with ease.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for responding to routine customer inquiries via live calls or email as needed, providing follow-through on any special customer needs in a timely manner. Your outstanding service will make a significant difference in our customers' experiences.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be organized, able to multitask, and work a wide variety of shifts with short notice. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience, is required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
