About the Role

Focus Staff is seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images of patients' bodies.
  • Under the direction of the Chief of Radiology and Imaging Services Director, perform related technological functions to ensure optimal diagnostic quality of patient care.
  • Interview patients to explain magnetic resonance imaging procedures, addressing their concerns and exhibiting exceptional tact, courtesy, and poise when interacting with patients, staff, and visitors.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Two years of continuous recent experience as a MRI Technologist, fully proficient in all duties required of a MRI Technologist II.
  • License in the required state.
  • BLS certification.
  • Knowledge of MRI protocols and ability to perform complex procedures.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
