Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Development: Create process documents, work steps, and inputs/outputs for various activities to facilitate an efficient flow of work.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a repository of process documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible to team members.
  • Training and Development: Prepare training materials related to process documents to facilitate new employee learning and onboarding.
  • Collaboration and Review: Work closely with product teams to review and revise process documents, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop creative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field, or 3+ years of technical writing experience.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and job functions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills in word processing and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Flare, and Sharepoint.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to detail and set high personal standards of performance.
  • Project Management: Basic project management skills to determine project timelines and prioritize workload.
  • Organizational Skills: Developed organizational skills to prioritize tasks and accomplish project goals.
