Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and development initiatives focusing on chemical reactions and material properties to innovate and enhance products.
  • Design experiments and create prototypes and models to support the development of advanced chemicals, materials, products, and manufacturing processes.
  • Compile and analyze testing data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Present research findings to estimate costs, establish performance benchmarks, identify solutions, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with lab and plant safety protocols for chemical storage, handling, transport, and disposal.
  • Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Field of Study: Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Experience: 10-12 years in relevant roles.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Expertise in chemical engineering, manufacturing process engineering, product development, prototyping, research and development, industry standards, and scientific testing. Strong oral and written communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Compensation:

Pay Range (USD):
$116,000 - $216,000

Additional Compensation:

Eligible candidates may participate in the Company’s Incentive Compensation Program.
