Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and convert these into pertinent and actionable specifications for developing new cloud-based services and solutions or enhancing existing ones.
  • Draft, manage, and revise WSO Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs), ensuring proper management through the review and approval process.
  • Collaborate with SAFe Business Owners, Product Management, and Product Owners to understand, confirm, and document client requirements in support of the agile release train.
  • Coordinate, integrate, and oversee client requests related to cloud-based services.
  • Act as the liaison to the client, which includes organizing and/or facilitating meetings, documenting tickets and service requests, and liaising with vendors.
  • Identify recurring issues, escalate concerns to management, and communicate any impacts to the clients.
  • Investigate product or service issues by determining the root cause, then providing guidance to the government on potential solutions.
  • In case of an incident or outage, adhere to APS incident management protocols to report, analyze, monitor, and communicate with clients regarding the incident.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a business analysis or operational support capacity. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office365 and SharePoint. Capable of understanding governmental processes while being a self-starter with the ability to acquire new knowledge. Familiarity with SAFe principles and practices is preferred. Previous experience as a product owner, gathering stakeholder requirements, or developing user stories for IT-related projects is advantageous. Must be able to think conceptually and strategically, learn rapidly, and demonstrate critical thinking, analytical skills, and active listening. Capable of meeting deadlines, adhering to project timelines, ensuring any conflicts are communicated to the management team, and managing multiple projects concurrently. Must have a solid understanding of strategic communications and media industry principles and practices, particularly in the government sector. Must maintain a comprehensive knowledge of required compliance documentation. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels. Must be a US Citizen.
