Inexia, a prominent sales organization with a decade of experience in the solar sector, is seeking skilled individuals for the role of Solar Sales Manager. Our operations span across multiple markets, focusing on residential solar energy solutions.

We are in search of two experienced sales managers to lead training initiatives and enhance the performance of our sales and setter teams, ultimately driving increased sales volume in the market.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive sales experience, particularly in the solar industry, along with strong leadership capabilities. This role requires a hands-on approach to training both in the office and in the field.

Compensation: $100,000 - $180,000+/year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory
  • Open availability is essential
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected Hours: 30 – 50 hours per week

Experience Requirements:

License/Certification:

  • Valid Driver's License is required
