Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the DMV area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for educating and informing homeowners on their entitlements through storm damage related to roofing, siding, and gutter projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, and preset leads.
- Manage and maximize assigned territory to meet sales targets.
- Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
- Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed.
- Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners.
- Meet with insurance adjusters on property and collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
- Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales and networking.
- Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Educate customers on industry products and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
- Methodically manage sales pipelines via our CRM system.
- Maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience.
- A reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred for vehicle allowance).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
- Previous experience using a CRM platform.
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
- Dedication to personal career development and reaching set goals.
