At Verisk Analytics, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Leader to drive our sales strategy and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with our business objectives. With a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, you will work closely with our sales leadership to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and market trends.
  • Revenue Enablement Programs: Design and oversee revenue enablement initiatives that enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team, including training programs, sales playbooks, and competitive analysis.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging technology and automation where possible.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales strategies and revenue enablement efforts, providing regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and revenue enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
