About the Role

This is a hybrid customer success role that requires a unique blend of technical and business acumen. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, feedback, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Provide subject matter expertise on DNSFilter products and services to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor customer health and proactively intervene to prevent churn and drive upsell opportunities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales enablement, customer success, or account management
  • Experience managing a large book of business and driving business growth through customer success
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with DNSFilter products and services
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
