Becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist at Bierman Autism Centers

At Bierman Autism Centers, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP at Bierman, you will have the opportunity to accelerate client success and drive coordination of care with ABA services.

Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans for a caseload of clients in their assigned location.
  • Ensure the oversight of clinical quality, prescription fulfillment, ethical practice, and client outcomes.
  • Direct, design, and implement programs for SLP services for assigned clients.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
  • Repeat evaluations on a regular basis to measure progress according to professional guidelines.
  • Maintain a caseload of 35-40 sessions or 25 billable hours per week.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • State Licensure.
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
