Job Description:

The District Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of 8-12 stores, including sales and profit growth, customer satisfaction, and employee development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales and Profit Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability across all stores.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, through regular feedback and coaching of store staff.
  • Employee Development: Provide ongoing training and support to store managers and staff, to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Vendor Relationships: Build strong relationships with vendors, to negotiate best prices and optimize store inventory levels.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive business results.
