Position Overview:
The Critical Care Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care through the application of the nursing process. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to uphold the standards of professional nursing practice.

The nurse will execute responsibilities in alignment with hospital policies, the institution's mission, and the standards set forth by professional and regulatory bodies.

This position requires directing, coordinating, and delegating tasks to promote patient and family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess the physical, psychological, and educational requirements of patients.
2. Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to the needs of patients and their families.
3. Execute appropriate interventions based on individual patient assessments.
4. Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
5. Take personal accountability for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring patient satisfaction, maintaining a safe environment, and pursuing professional growth.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan

Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program
- Experience in Oncology
