Position Overview
As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver expert nursing care within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Your role will involve assessing, monitoring, and managing patients who are critically ill, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing services to patients in the ICU.
- Evaluate patients' health status, track vital signs, and administer prescribed medications.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute personalized care strategies.
- Conduct advanced medical interventions and procedures to stabilize patients.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment pathways, and recovery plans.

Essential Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (and any additional certifications as required by the facility).
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in an ICU setting.
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
